STORE POLICY
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined on our booking platform and on our website.
Important Booking Note
Please note that prices displayed on Salopal do not include taxes (HST). The following in-store transaction policies apply:
- ✓Cash: Payments made in-store will receive a 13% tax discount.
- ✓Debit: Charged at the full listed price plus HST.
- ✓E-transfer: Can be sent directly to sugarnailbar.transfer@gmail.com.
- ✓Credit Cards: Payments will incur a 3.3% processing fee on top of the service price and applicable taxes.
Warranty
Nails are covered by a 7-day warranty. If any damages occur within this period, we will repair them free of charge. Nails with regular polish are not covered under the 7-day warranty.
Appointment Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals with prior notification. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to cancel it.
No-Show Policy
Clients with 2 accumulated no-shows in their profile will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final price of your appointment.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Respect Policy
We have a strict no-bullying policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects our staff in any form.
Technician Time Policy
We kindly ask that you respect our nail technicians' time, as they follow a strict schedule to serve all clients efficiently. Any appointment that exceeds the allotted service time may be subject to additional charges.

To ensure we have enough time for your desired design, please select the "Custom Design" option when booking on our page. This will reserve the appropriate time for your set.
